T-Bar Clip Bolt

A specialized mechanical bolt designed specifically for securing T-bar clips to overhead grid structures. Dimensions are precisely 1/4-20 thread pitch by 5/8 inches in overall length. The short length ensures the bolt fastens the clip tightly without protruding into sensitive internal extrusion channels.

Designer’s Note

The 5/8 inch length is highly intentional and critical. Do not substitute this with a longer bolt or you risk puncturing wiring routed immediately behind the clip assembly. Apply standard torque specifications to avoid stripping the internal clip threads.
