Surface Mount Channel - 1"

Designed for surface-mounted and recessed LED strip installations, this 25mm aluminium LED channel accommodates LED strips and PCBs up to 25mm wide. The extrusion provides mechanical support, thermal management, and optical diffusion within a single assembly. The anodized aluminium profile promotes heat transfer from the LED strip to help maintain operating temperatures and service life. A UV-resistant frosted diffuser reduces LED hotspot visibility and produces a more uniform light output while providing protection from dust and incidental contact. Available in square and bevelled profile configurations to suit different installation requirements. End caps with cable pass-through allow wire routing while helping limit dust and debris ingress. Mounting clips are included for mechanical attachment to the installation surface. Typical applications include recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting, handrails, shelving, display cases, and architectural lighting installations. Includes selected aluminium channel profile, matching frosted diffuser, (2) end caps, and (2) mounting clips.
