1/16" DIA Aircraft Cable

These aircraft cable assemblies are engineered specifically for suspended LED lighting applications, including LED panels, linear fixtures, and architectural lighting systems. Manufactured from 1.6mm (1/16") galvanized steel wire rope with a flexible 7x7 strand configuration, they provide an excellent balance of strength, flexibility, and ease of handling.

Each cable is supplied in pre-cut lengths with a die-cast 4.7 x 8.5 mm stud head, allowing quick and secure connection to compatible couplers. Sealed cable ends prevent fraying and make it easy to feed the cable through grippers, eliminating the need for cutting or preparation in the field.

By reducing installation time and ensuring consistent results, these aircraft cables help streamline LED suspension projects while delivering a clean, professional finished appearance. Available initially in 50" and 100" lengths, with additional options planned to support a wide range of installation requirements.
